It is clear that all toxins in the body create a damp and is therefore important to clean the body of toxins. There are various methods of detoxification and successful ways of cleansing the body. But none are as effective as the detoxification of the body with rice.
Take ordinary rice in as much tbsps as the count of your years (if you are 35 take 35 tablespoons).
Rinse and pour into a glass jar.
Fill the jar with hot water, close the lid and leave it in the refrigerator.
In the morning drain the water. Take 1 full tablespoon rice and cook it for 3-4 minutes without salt (in regular water).

Cleansing the body with rice helps to normalize the metabolism and regulates weight. After the treatment you will feel not only healthier but younger. There is one condition: after taking rice in the morning it is advisable not to eat or drink for at least 3 hours.
After this cleansing, body aches disappear in the back, neck and joints. The treatment effects are not immediate but gradual. After two weeks, starts the cleansing of the body. And you will notice. Toxins will be thrown out through the urine and excretes. The color of urine will change and it will become blurred.
